Since its release on the 3rd of December 2021, the book “Girls Prepare, Boys Show Up” has made waves and sparked interest around the country. As a result we have scheduled book signing events and Unathi will be giving talks in provinces in 2022.

She Evolution foundation in partnership with Unathi Mabunda hosts an annual female upliftment conference called “Baby Girl Leap”. This event focuses on  women from all walks of life sharing stories and empowering one another. Event dates to follow on social media.

Why girls prepare, and boys show up.

Unathi’s beliefs and convictions about women and their power extend to her debut book “Girls Prepare. Boys Show up”. The book is a daring conversation starter, which overs variety socially relevant and thought provoking topics such as:

• If we were meant to go through life in pairs, who is going to marry everybody?
• Who is supposed to propose to whom, the hunt begins?
• Isn’t true that, whoever makes the most money makes the most decisions?
• Why are there a lot of ready women for marriage and fewer ready man?
• Can I lead a successful and effective life while single?
• Is there a crisis in heaven if we do not get married, what does the bible say ?
• Sexual appetite, celibacy and abstinence and so much more.

The book seeks to address the unmarried, unclassified, uncategorized man and women from all walks of life across social, racial and cultural divide. It challenges the “two by two ideology”, although Unathi is not ant-married she believes not all will marry and that is okay.
